Date: September 15, 2020
Time: 1:00 PM EST (approx. 3 to 4 hours)
Requirements: access to a computer with audio. The meeting will be via Zoom.
All members are invited to join the AGM. All attendees must register (below) to receive the Zoom link for the day of the AGM.
Designated members who are members in good standing are eligible to vote in the elections, proposed bylaw amendments, nominate, and provide their proxy should they not be able to attend.

This session is open to all members other than Board members and those members that work for stakeholders such as AMC’s, Banks, Mortgage Insurers, etc.

2020 AGM Registration Form
By registering for the AGM, you intend on being present to vote and cannot submit a Proxy Registration Form. *Only members, in good standing, who hold at least the DAR/DAC designation can vote.*
If you cannot attend the AGM on September 15th, but still wish to have a vote entered for the Board of Directors and President elections, please submit the Proxy Registration Form.

By submitting a Proxy Registration, you may not submit an additional Registration form to attend the AGM.
Please note: Your registration form is not complete until confirmation is received by CNAREA that your selected proxy has accepted their nomination.
There is one (1) seat up for election, for President of CNAREA, this term.
The current nominee for President is: James Carty.
If you wish to see a different nominee for President, you may select up to one (1) member, from the Board of Directors, using the following Nomination Form:
