CNA200 – Review to Appraisal Standards (2024 e-USPAP) Registration Announcement

In conjunction with the Appraisal Foundation’s release of the 2024 Uniform Standards of Professional Practice (USPAP), CNAREA is offering their latest 2024 USPAP Update course entitled CNA200 – Review to Appraisal Standards (2024 e-USPAP).

This self-study program provides an overview of the recent USPAP changes pertinent to daily appraisal practice including:

  • Changes to the USPAP Ethics Rule
  • Changes to USPAP Standards
  • Changes to USPAP definitions and terms
  • Revisions to AOs
  • An overview of appraiser bias and discrimination
  • Current appraisal issues and their relevant USPAP references

Registration for CNA200 is now open on the CNAREA website under ‘Education’ → ‘Correspondence Courses.’ Please note that this is a mandatory course for all CNAREA Members (except Retired and Associate Members). Once you have made your CNA220 purchase, you will receive the documents needed in the downloads section under your CNAREA account.

We encourage you to read the course documents, particularly the entire 2024 Summary of Actions document, in preparation for the self-study modules that will be open to registrants in Inspera (CNAREA’s examination platform) starting January 2, 2024. The deadline to complete the self-study modules is February 29, 2024.

We have noted who has not received a login and password for Inspera yet, so if you don’t have one, you will be provided with one when the self-study modules are open to you.
