All courses listed below must be completed (along with 2 years experience writing reports) before you may challenge the DAR exam.

Below provides the course number, course name, how many hours are credited for each course, and when each course should be completed.

  • Associate Members may only register for CNA101, CNA102 and/or CNA103
  • DAR members upon new membership must complete CNA102, CNA111, CNA203 & CNA205

Residential Appraisal & Report Writing/202/203/204/206/207/208 are scheduled online courses (Zoom) with e-course exams. A textbook is mailed for CNA202/204/206/207/208. Course material is an emailed pdf for Residential Appraisal & Report Writing and CNA203.

For elective courses only: Other appraisal related courses should be submitted as they may be approved on a case to case basis.

**CNA209 USPAP Review is required to be completed when new editions are released**
