This 4-hour in-class course is intended for new appraiser candidates and is an introduction to basic appraisal procedures. It helps the new appraiser understand the importance of organization and professionalism required to properly fulfill their mandate.

- 1 week cancellation notice required prior to the course. Cancellation with less than a week’s advance notice is subject to $150.00 Cancellation fee.
- Registration for any course less than a week before the course begins will incur an additional $100.00 late registration fee.
