Job Overview:

Residential Valuation Services Inc., a trusted property valuation company in Calgary, is currently seeking highly skilled and detail-oriented Residential Appraisers to join our team. As a Residential Appraiser, you will play a crucial role in accurately determining property values for residential real estate transactions. Your responsibilities will include conducting property inspections, gathering and analyzing data, and preparing comprehensive appraisal reports. As a reviewer you will be expected to mentor and co-sign for at least 1 candidate member. It is essential to stay updated on current real estate market trends and maintain a deep understanding of local market conditions. Collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders is vital to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of appraisal reports. You will also be responsible for responding to inquiries, providing expert advice, addressing concerns related to residential property appraisals, maintaining proper documentation, and adhering to quality control standards.

Qualifications:

Successful applicants must be members in good standing with the CNAREA. Excellent communication and time management skills are essential for this role. Experience with CRAL Report Pro software is considered an asset. If you don’t currently have a license for CRAL, we will loan you a license.

  • We provide an annual bonus based on your production, just before your association dues are required, to help offset the cost.
