Seeking Experienced Candidate or Designated Appraiser – Calgary Region

Benchmark Real Estate Appraisals is a full-service quality oriented commercial and residential appraisal firm operating from Calgary. We develop appraisals for several types of real property including Industrial, Multi-family, Retail, Agricultural and Residential property categories. Our workflow includes the ongoing development of our proprietary databases capturing land, commercial and residential new construction transactions. We are seeking an experienced Candidate or Designated Appraiser to assist us in our operations while we provide mentorship through to your commercial designation. The successful candidate will possess excellent computer and communication skills, will have completed the majority of CNAREA residential education and be willing to undertake the additional course requirements for commercial designation.
