Important! **Click on a form above. It is a fillable PDF. Click the Download icon once the form is open. A screen will appear to allow you to name the document and Save. Proceed with naming your document and save to wherever you will find it (desktop for example). Open the newly saved document, fill in your report in the available boxes (images can be uploaded too). Save the document every time before you close it. Only once your file is complete, and no other changes need to be made, open the file, click the Prink icon. In the Destination/Printer drop down field, select Adobe PDF. Click ‘Print’. The Save box will appear (may have to re-click the Adobe icon in the taskbar at the bottom of the screen for it to appear), ensure the document is named accordingly, and select location to where you want it saved. Click Save. This will make the PDF no longer fillable and ready to be sent to your client.**
Effective January 1, 2022, all Stand-Alone Market Rent requests must be completed on the above form(s). Prior to January 1, 2022, we will be notifying stakeholders of this requirement.
