Course Description:
The CNA230 – Transfer Designate Orientation self-study course was designed to help you familiarize with CNAREA’s structure and distinct perspective on appraisal practice. Divided into three modules, the first takes you through an understanding of our membership types, insurance needs, educational requirements, bylaws, and disciplinary processes. The second module covers appraisal intricacies unique to CNAREA. Finally, the third module provides an overview of those differences that set the USPAP apart from the CUSPAP.

Technology Requirements:
- You will complete three (3) module quizzes, so have all course materials handy.
- You are expected to read through the orientation package to complete these modules.
- You may complete the Inspera modules in multiple sittings. Your progress will be saved in Inspera if you log out and log back in.
- Please note the closing date for your modules in the registration notification email.
Technology Requirements:
- Working computer (or other such device)
- Dual monitor set-up (recommended)
- Up-to-date web browser – and a working knowledge of the program
- Up-to-date PDF reader – and a working knowledge of the program
Course Fee: $175 CAD plus tax
